Symbiotic Breathing – Land and Inclusive Art Day

Date: 2022-11-12 - 2022-11-19

A 2-day Land and Inclusive Art Day with ecological guided tours and inclusive arts workshops for people with disabilities and special needs from Sham Shui Po. Three workshops including touch art workshop, saori inclusive weaving art workshop and inclusive dance workshop will be held after the tour, and all participants will be facilitated to make their own inclusive art works on the topic of sustainability. Then we will organise a 10-day exhibition in JCCAC in Sham Shui Po, to invite more participants from the district to join this advocacy initiative. All events will be provided with accessibility services including Hong Kong sign language interpretation, audio description, Braille and Rehabus etc.

Recruitment for participants:

10 People with Disabilities (Wheelchair users, people with visual impaired, Deaf and hard of hearing people, People with intellectual disability, People in recovery (PIR) of mental illness and etc. )

Participation Fee( including vegan lunch with local organic veggies and drinks, vegan afternoon tea and accessibility services):HK$250* 

*Complimentary pass for people with disabilities, senior citizens of 65 or above, Comprehensive Social Security Scheme recipients and full time students in Hong Kong.
