社區文化發展中心
創立於2004年，目的是透過籌組不同類型的文化藝術活動、包括演出、工作坊、出版、研討會等推展及活現社區文化發展潛能，並期望透過各種支援，協助社區及社群面對社會變遷而出現的挑戰，並致力拓展社區文化空間、積極地進行文化建設和締造全人藝術的社會。二零零六年十一月，《社區文化發展中心》正式註冊為本港非牟利慈善團體。此外，亦一直與於九十年代成立之亞洲民眾戲劇節協會作出策略性之合作，共同發展社區文化。
Centre for Community Cultural Development was founded in the 2004, its
goal and mission are to promote and practice community cultural development,
i.e. cultural activities that empower the underprivileged in particular persons
with disabilities, migrant workers and ethnic minorities and will uphold
diversity in cultural development in the face of the onslaught of the
homogenizing force of globalization. In November 2006, CCCD became a registered
charity in Hong Kong and donations to CCCD become tax deductible. Besides, CCCD
has strategically collaborated with Asian People's Theatre Festival Society
which was established in the nineties to promote community cultural development.

推動社區/社群劇場/舞蹈/音樂/藝術
Promoting Community Theatre, Dance, Music and Arts
2004年至今中心推動外勞/少數族裔/殘疾人士戲劇舞蹈/藝術計劃，舉行了許多社區/社群劇場/舞蹈/藝術活動，包括演出、工作坊、展覽等，目的是展現他們的創作、賦權、促進對話並達至社會的共融。
CCCD has been running workshops, performances and exhibitions, working with minority groups including migrant workers, ethnic minority groups, disability groups etc. with the aim of empowerment and generation of abilities of the participants in entering into a dialogic interaction that will lead to transformation of society and social relationships.
中心與香港展能戲劇/藝術家結成伙伴關係。曾舉辦[擁抱生命畫展]，並巡迴香港、廣州及上海展覽。中心亦推廣傷健社區舞蹈活動，包括工作坊和演出[舞出傷健新紀元]。中心於08年5月舉行[我的蒙娜麗莎國際繪畫比賽]，優勝者作品將在香港、國內、日本、新加坡等地展出。
未來更積極推行「展能藝術家發展計劃」，期望每年能贊助香港和國內各一名展能藝術家到海外作短期參觀、學習。
CCCD enters into partnership with many of Hong Kong's artists with disability, helping them to showcase their achievements overseas and in China. CCCD has staged The Embracing Life Exhibition and Mona Lisa Drawing Competition. Selected works of the Competition will be exhibited in Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Japan. CCCD also worked with dancers with and without disability in a community dance project “DanceAbility”. CCCD has set up the Overseas Exchange and Training Fund for Artists with Disability. We hope to send at least one artist with disability both from Hong Kong and Mainland China annually for short visits and learning abroad.

石硤尾、深水埗、長沙灣地區文化發展工作
Cultural Development Work in the Shekkipmei, Shamshuipo and Cheungshawan Area
中心於2008年7月搬進座落石硤尾的賽馬會創意藝術中心，積極與創意藝術中心，進駐中心的藝術家和藝團及區內非政府機構在石硤尾、深水埗、長沙灣區籌備及進行地區上的文化發展工作，包括在08年10月連續五個周末舉行社區藝術節；另又與區內12機構開設深水埗社區創藝資源中心(賽馬會創意藝術中心L2-16)，舉辦展覽、研討會、工作坊及表演活動等。
CCCD moved into the Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre (JCCAC) in July 2008 and is collaborating actively with JCCAC, artist-tenants at the Centre and NGOs in the Shekkipmei, Shamshuipo, Cheungshawan areas to plan and to implement community cultural development work, including the Community Arts Festival taking place over 5 consecutive weekends in October and November 2008. CCCD also collaborates with 12 NGOs to run the Shamshuipo Community Creative Arts Resource Centre at Room L2 -16 of JCCAC. Exhibitions, seminars, workshops and performances will be organized by the Resource Centre to promote grassroots participation and planning.

國內及國際交流活動
International Exchange and Exchange in China
中心曾安排展覽、演出、工作坊等到國內外交流，包括上海、廣州、台北、岡山、奈良、菲律賓、孟加拉、台灣等。09年合作機構將包括新加坡、英國、美國、日本各地團體。
CCCD has staged exchange activities in Taiwan, China, the Philippines, Bangladesh and Japan including participation in music festival, staging exhibitions and disability awareness training etc. CCCD will be collaborating with organizations from Singapore, Great Britain, Brazil, USA etc. in 2008/2009 including More Music(UK), Mind the Gap(UK), Blue Eyed Soul (UK), Circle Painting(USA), Transformance Institute(Brazil) etc.

推動教育/社區劇場及社區文化發展工作之訓練
Promoting Training for Educational/Community Theatre
and Community Cultural Development Work
中心致力推動教育社區劇場及社區文化發展工作之訓練，在過去幾年間開辦了數十個工作坊，其中不乏海外專家及大師級人物。中心正在積極籌備成立社區文化發展工作教育中心。2008/2009年度將重點進行社區音樂、融合舞蹈、綜合藝術、慾望彩虹、變/演社區建設、圓圈共融繪畫、從戲劇活出生命等訓練。
CCCD has been promoting training in Educational/ Community Theatre and Community Cultural Development Work since its inception and had organized dozens of workshops facilitated by many cultural specialists from overseas. CCCD is planning to set up an Education Centre for Community Cultural Development offering a wide range of workshops. The focus for the coming year 2008/2009 will be Transformance, Community Music, Circle Painting, Integrated Arts, Inclusive Dance, Rainbow of Desire, Theatre for Living etc.

推廣藝術治療
Promoting Arts Therapies
有鑑藝術治療能在社區文化發展可以扮演重要的角色，中心與「藝術在醫院」及治療師團體等合辦「整全藝術治療－探索與應用」座談會及工作坊，並與香港小童群益會合辦「藝術與精神健康」座談會及工作坊等。中心將與國內團體及海外和香港治療師合辦支援創傷訓練，服務四川地震災區。亦將不時主辦各種藝術治療活動。
中心獨家代理 “Moving Music” 互動音樂系統，能將任何簡單人體動作衍化成聲音和影像，對治療有莫大的幫助，特別適合社福界，復康服務者使用。
Seeing that arts related therapists can have tremendous contribution to community cultural development work, CCCD in collaboration with Art in Hospital, Art for All and the arts related therapists organized the Holistic Arts Therapy Symposium cum workshop and CCCD also organized the Arts & Mental Health programme with The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong in 2008. CCCD will be working with therapists in Hong Kong and abroad, offering training for post traumatic intervention for interested professionals and volunteers to serve in the quake affected areas of Sichuan. CCCD will continue to offer training and other activities related to art therapies.
CCCD is the sole agent of “Moving Music” interactive musical system, which provides real-time audio-visual feedbacks to human body movement. “Moving Music” can be used most effectively as a therapeutic and educational tool.

出版
Publications
已出版「落葉飄到鄰家 + 畫短畫祥」、保新誼「靈山的兒女」音樂光碟。中心亦協助廖東梅完成自傳中英文稿並由商務印書館付梓成書。
CCCD has published Falling Leaves, stories of visually impaired musician/singer Dr. Po Sun Yee and theatre artist Wong Kwan Cheung, Dr Po Sun Yee's CD" Children of the Soul Mountain". CCCD has also helped to produce the Chinese and English manuscript of Liu Dong Mui’s biography published by Liberal Press.
