Roi Vaara is one of the world’s most famous performance artists. He is from Finland and a member of the Black Market International.  He will join hands with three young Hong Kong performance artists, Au Yeung Tung, Jo Zhiang and Him Lo to provide you with a feast in performance art in April 2010.

Mr. Roi Vaara will be facilitator of the workshop that lasts for two nights and will be useful to anyone open minded to performance art and using one's body and various materials to express oneself spontaneously. No prior experience is necessary.

Roi Vaara 演出 Performance

The Wet Handshake is a durational performance that will last for 2 hours from 4pm to about 6pm.  Mr. Vaara has performed the piece in busy streets in different cities all over the world at international performance art festivals.  He will be wearing a tuxedo; using 10 litres of white paint and a tub of water and plenty of towels.  Mr. Vaara arrived in Hong Kong after performing recently in Indonesia and Singapore.
