丸仔除了用身體作表演,
也用筆尖跳舞。在巴士上、火車上、公園長椅、電影院裡、快餐店、別人的講座、甚至葬禮.......的每個「一刻」間隨心在繪本、筆記簿上留下絲絲筆跡，並嘗試過不同的實驗:
閉眼、左手、隨著車子的震盪、用友人的髮絲、由畫變陶......他的畫一般沒有上色，只有線條;
有人覺得像地圖，有人覺得像TAROT，他自己則覺得這也是一種即興舞步，身體(手、眼、心、記憶)帶著筆尖起舞。而「複印」就是「再渡一刻」，把原本留下的那「一刻」用「一刻」去再造，也是便於從原繪本中提取以展示及分享的一個方式。「一刻一刻」也恰似是影印機的影印聲!

yuenjie MARU performs with his own body. At the same time, he uses the tip of
his pen to dance. On the buses, the trains, the benches in the parks, inside the
cinema, fast food shops, seminars or even funerals...every "moment" he would be
drawing, following his heart's call. In his note books are traces of his pens.
He has tried different experiments - eyes closed, with the left hand, following
the shaking of the vehicles, using the hair of a friend, from drawing to
ceramics....he normally does not colour his works. There are only lines - some
feel that they are like maps and some others feel that they resemble Tarot. He
himself feels that it is a kind of improvisation dance with the body (the hand,
eyes, heart and memories) leading the tip of the pen in a dance. "Copying" is
"Experiencing Once More". The "moment" saved by the original is remade with
another "moment". This is a convenient way to extract from the original notebook
for exhibition and sharing. "A moment, a moment" in Cantonese ("yat huck, yat
huck") seemingly resembles the sounds of the photocopying machine in operation.
All works may be duplicated with a red stamp of "MARU" in Chinese for anyone
wanting to keep as souvenirs. Each photocopy is $5HK. Please kindly approach the
staff on duty.
