是眾多藝術治療中可以包容不同藝術類型的一套技巧和方法，治療師可融入和利用不同的藝術媒體(例如：音樂/視覺藝術/舞動/戲劇)進行治療活動。
這個綜合藝術治療的入門工作坊將由綜合藝術/音樂治療師何詩敏*小姐帶領參加者經歷一次綜合藝術治療的歷程。
這個六小時的工作坊能夠給你一個綜合藝術治療的鳥瞰，參與者將對不同的藝術媒體之象徵意義及它們如何導致情緒的解放、身心的舒發、生活的敘述更有認識。
*何氏於香港中文大學畢業後，一直從事教育工作，曾為協康會提供音樂導師培訓課程，教授奧地利Jeannette
Barentsen-G創立的七色音樂法。2001及2006年分別考獲獎學金，前往英國University
of Sheffield及美國Lesley
University，完成Psychology
of Music及Expressive
Therapies (Music Therapy and Mental Counselling Specialization)
兩個碩士課程，取得成為綜合藝術/音樂治療師資格。何氏現於香港紅十字會學校工作。
何詩敏小姐亦將為深水埗社區創藝資源中心的12機構義務舉行一個創意表達/凝聚力量的工作坊。每個機構可保送一名非職員參加者。機構之積極成員或家住深水埗區之居民將獲優先考慮。機構保送參與深水埗社區創藝資源中心助理計劃的成員亦可。
A 1-day workshop (6 hours)
Expressive Therapies and modalities can be used to enhance self awareness. This
highly experiential training day will provide both an overview of Expressive
Therapies and modalities. In this innovative program,
participants will
gain confidence in using symbols with music, with arts, and with movement to
enhance emotional
relief, somatic awareness, and live narratives. This event will involve
participants of all abilities in performing arts. Interested participants can
join the future intensive Expressive Therapies training workshop(s) for
trainers.
Stella Ho graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and
has been involved in the field of education since. She also taught trainers
Jeannette Barentsen-G’s Colour Music at Heep Hong Society. Being a
recipient of overseas postgraduate scholarships in 2001 and 2006, Stella
continued her education at the University of Sheffield (UK) and the Lesley
University (US), achieving her master degrees in both Psychology of Music and
Expressive Therapies (Music Therapy and Mental Counselling Specialization)
respectively. Stella is currently working at a Hong Kong Red Cross School.

recording symbol work.
