Joe Lambert和他的同僚發展出來的一種數碼影像說故事的方法(Digital Storytelling)，在四十多個國家廣泛地採用。藝術數以千計的教育工作者、社會工作者、社區文化發展工作者、藝術工作者乃至醫療衛生工作者都在學習和實踐。

Joe Lambert和美國數碼故事中心倡導和發展的數碼影像說故事的工作坊過程讓参與者透過短片探索自己的生命：我們透過不太多的攝影、說話、聲帶和一些效果，將創意的文字變成螢光幕上的影像。Joe Lambert和美國數碼故事中心這一套方法要求聆聽、反思和關愛。分享個人的故事將是一個改變和生長的過程，建立身份和重新認識和理解創傷和痛失等等的經驗。

Joe Lambert將會討論我們在學習和提升感情上的勇氣時為何需要革命的思維！他除了安排一些有關的作品放映，同時會討論數碼影像說故事如何成為個人及社會改變的摧化劑！

Digital Storytelling has come to represent a method, a style and a value system that has informed the practice of thousands of educators, cultural activists, artists and public health professionals.

The workshop process allows participants to explore their lives in short films, created with the minimum elements of photography, the voice, soundtrack and a few effects, has helped to lift creative writing from the page to the screen. The methods of the Center for Digital Storytelling include a commitment to reflective listening and engagement with students lives.   They seek to use personal story sharing as a transformative process in constructing identity and re-framing the experience of loss and trauma.

CDS Founder Joe Lambert will discuss the necessity for a revolution in our thinking about emotional courage and the learning process.  Lambert and CDS have created an international movement active in over 40 countries, with thousands of practitioners in many fields.  He will also address how Digital Storytelling is a catalyst for personal and social change.

Joe Lambert will also a one-day workshop on Digital Storytelling in Hong Kong
