those present at his talk in a dialogic experience with an extremely
interesting powerpoint of works that he did in Brazil. Brazil, being a
fast growing economy in the world, has been undergoing a process in
which communities were violated, transgressed, brutalized and Dan Baron
Cohen's work, through arts and theatre, intervenes to generate
solidarity and action. |

最終是要發展出屬於每一個人的舞蹈，它不是甚麼「芭蕾舞」、「社交舞」、「現代舞」等舞蹈門類，它是張三就有「張三舞」，李四就有「李四舞」，世上百億人就可有百億樣舞，每個人都能夠發展出他個人的一種舞蹈，Alito
認為這是舞蹈發展應有的未來。Alito 也說，世上沒有「殘缺」的身體，而只有「殘缺」的思想和「殘缺」的社會。
DanceAbiltiy is a dance for everyone, which is not
"ballet", "ballroom" or "modern" dance. Instead, Peter will have
"Peter Dance" and Amy will have "Amy Dance", everyone could have his/her
own style of dance. "There is no disabled body, but only disabled
thought and disabled society", said Alito, the choreographer of
DanceAbility. |

「賽馬會創意藝術中心社區藝術節」是一個假賽馬會創意藝術中心最新開放的中央庭園舉行的表演藝術活動。接近30個藝術家和藝術團體將於10月4日至11月2日一連五個星期六及星期天舉行超過20場各樣藝術形式的精彩表演。為加強社區的互動和參與，深水埗及石硤尾的地區社團亦將參與演出。
"Community Festival @ JCCAC" is a fun-filled event
devoted to the promotion of performing arts at the newly opened Central
Courtyard of the Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre. Throughout the five
consecutive Saturdays and Sundays from 4 October to 2 November, some
thirty artists and art groups will perform in over twenty live shows
presented in a wide variety of art forms. Community groups from the Sham
Shui Po and Shek Kip Mei neighborhood will also participate in the
Festival to enhance interaction and involvement with the community. |

過去一年，亞洲民眾戲劇節協會獲香港藝術發展局資助，舉辦了四個行為藝術活動。[女演]
是這系列的最後一個。是次參與演出者，差不多全是女藝術家。她們的作品將探討表演、性別與身份。
We had four successful ON the MOVE
performance art programmes in 2007/2008. This is the final round
presented by the Asian People’s Theatre Festival Society with the
support of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. Artists (mostly
female) will be exploring performance, gender and identity. |

本工作坊會以[戲劇治療五階段]為藍本，介紹戲劇治療的基本概念，通過戲劇活動，讓參與者體驗戲劇治療的一些基本過程，體會角色扮演、即興創作等媒介如何帶給人們互動的喜悅，以及身心靈的整合。
Facilitated by Adeline Chan, a registered Drama Therapy, this workshop
is based on "Acting for Real", a book on drama therapy by Renee Emunah. |

梁偉傑先後學習即興戲劇/ 慾望彩虹。他們將免費以工作坊形式分享他們的學習經驗。
Workshops held by Grad Leung and Tristan Chan have studied Rainbow of
Desire and Improvisational Theatre Training respectively.

是次工作坊將以香港文學作品作為創作源點。參加者各自帶來自己喜愛的香港文學作品，導師將帶領參加者從各個文本中「拉」出「符」咒，再「呃」一聲化成即場藝術展現!
The creative process of this workshop is based on literature of Hong
Kong. Participants will be creating Live Art performances
using their favourite local literature. |

表演實驗室讓參加者透過聲音、語言和強調律動的基礎去探索個人和集體的創意。他們進行即興並且將即興過程衍生的素材反覆提鍊。參加者把個人的故事和想像帶到實驗室中分享，從而讓自己和其他人得到啟迪。
The Performance Lab is for students, teachers, therapists, performers,
coaches and anybody who wants to develop themselves as artists,

16位來自日本及香港的展能藝術家，透過一張張真摯而表情豐富的臉，表達和平友愛，讓大家怠受他們從有限中創造無限，活出精彩人生。
超過50位普通中小學及特殊學校的學生參予展前活動 - 「笑面對笑面！」人像創作工作坊，其天真爛漫的作品亦將同場展出。
16 artists with disability from Japan and Hong Kong spread peace and
friendship throught the most sincere and expressive faces. They
demonstrate their boundless strength to create infinite possibilties
under physical constraints.
Over 150 students from special and regular schools participated in the
pre-exhibition activity - 'Smiley Face to Smily Face' Portrait Workshop.
Their innocent and humorous creation will also be dispayed in the
exhibition. |

是菲律賓綿蘭老的傳統舞蹈，動態模仿海浪，強調上半身之靈活性，蘊含著施與之意義。Pangalay不受音樂形式限制，無論是東方或西方之音樂，亦可以隨歌起舞！
Pangalay is a traditional Tausug dance in Jolo, Mindanao. From the root
word alay which means offering, this explores movements that mimics the
waves of the sea and is a dance that emphasizes the agility of the upper
body. The
beauty of the pangalay dance style is that it can be danced to any type
of music—Asian as well as Western. |
